Direction=NORTH.Joonbi Position
Direcion=WESTMovement 1
  • turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left cat stance
  • right palm middle block (block in front of body, stopping around level of solar plexus, with elbow bent about 90°)

Direcion=WEST. Movement 2-1
  • right leg front kick
    2-2
  • set the right foot back into its original position, resuming a left cat stance
  • left arm inside middle block

Direction=EAST Movement 3
  • turn 180° right into a right cat stance
  • left palm middle block (block in front of body, stopping around level of solar plexus, with elbow bent about 90°)

  • left leg front kick

  • set the left foot back into its original position, resuming a right cat stance
  • right arm inside middle block

Direction=NORTH. Movement 5
  • turn 90° left, pivoting on the right foot, and moving the left foot into a left back stance
  • left double knife-hand low block (right knife-hand palm up at stomach)

Direction=NORTH. Movement 6
  • step forward with the right foot into a right back stance
  • right double knife-hand low block (left knife-hand palm up at stomach)

Direcion=WEST. Movement 7
  • turn 90° left, pivoting on the right foot, moving the left foot into a left cat stance
  • right palm middle block, with the left hand fist down supporting beneath the right elbow

Direcion=WEST. Movement 8
  • stance stays the same as the last movement
  • turn upper body 45° left, then perform a right front back-fist strike to the nose, twisting the body back to front for increased power
  • left fist continues to support right elbow

Direction=EAST Movement 9
  • turn 180° right into a right cat stance
  • left palm middle block, with the right hand fist down supporting beneath the left elbow

Direction=EAST Movement 10
  • stance stays the same as the last movement
  • turn upper body 45° right, then perform a left front back-fist strike to the nose, twisting the body back to front for increased power
  • right fist continues to support left elbow

Direction=NORTH. Movement 11
  • turn 90° left, pulling the right foot together with left foot, both feet facing forward
  • right fist punch into the left hand, and starting from the belt level close to the body, pushes up to the solarplex level and away from the body on a 5 second count (this move is pushing the opponent away from you)

Direction=NORTH. Movement 12-1
  • step forward with the left foot into a left front stance
  • scissor block, ending with the combination of left arm low block & right outside middle block

Direction=NORTH. Movement 13-1
  • step forward with right foot into a right front stance
  • scissor block, ending with the combination of right arm low block & left outside middle block

Direction=EAST Movement 14
  • turn 270° to the left, moving the left foot into a left front stance
  • double outside middle blocks (both fists end out in front of body, palms facing out)

Direction=EAST Movement 15-1
  • right knee strike, with the fists striking downward on both sides of the knee

  • jump forward off of the left foot into a right cross stance (right foot flat, 45° out, left leg crossed behind, on toe, both knees bent, and shoulders square facing forward)
  • simultaneous double middle uppercut punches to the opponent's solar plexus

Direction=EAST Movement 16
  • step backward with the left foot, assuming a right front stance
  • low x-block (right hand on top)

Direcion=WEST. Movement 17
  • turn 180° right, moving the right foot into a right front stance
  • double outside middle blocks (both fists end out in front of body, palms facing out)

Direcion=WEST. Movement 18-1
  • left knee strike, with the fists striking downward on both sides of the knee

  • jump forward off of the right foot into a left cross stance (left foot flat, 45° out, right leg crossed behind, on toe, both knees bent, and shoulders square facing forward)
  • simultaneous double middle uppercut punches to the opponent's solar plexus

  • step backward with the right foot, assuming a left front stance
  • low x-block (left hand on top)

  • turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left walking stance
  • left hand outside backfist strike (from chest outward, attacking side of opponent's face; end with the arm straight out, palm toward right side)

Direction=SOUTH. Movement 21-1
  • right bent leg crescent kick, using left palm as the target
Direction=EAST Movement 21-2
  • turn 90° left and step down to the side with the right foot into a horse stance (body facing toward the arrow direction)
  • right arm elbow-strike, using left hand as if grabbing an opponent by the back of the head

Direction=SOUTH. Movement 22
  • turn 90° right and pull the left foot forward into a right walking stance
  • right hand outside backfist strike (from chest outward, attacking side of opponent's face; end with the arm straight out, palm toward right side)

Direction=SOUTHMovement 23-1
  • left bent leg crescent kick, using the right palm as if grabbing an opponent by the back of the head
Direcion=WESTMovement 23-2
  • turn 90° right and step down to the side with the left foot into a horse stance (body facing toward the arrow direction)
  • left arm elbow-strike, using the right hand as the target

Direction=SOUTH. Movement 24
  • pull the left foot back into a left back stance
  • left arm single knife-hand outside middle block, other fist fixed at hip

Direction=SOUTH Movement 25
  • step forward with the right foot into a horse stance
  • right hand side middle punch
  • Body is facing in the arrow direction, head is looking in the direction of the punch
  • Kihap!

Direction=NORTH. Return to Joonbi Position
  • turn 90° to the left, pivoting on the right foot, bringing the left foot back into Joonbi position, facing forward as in beginning
