Joonbi Position
Movement 1
- turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left front stance
- left arm low block
Movement 2-1
- right leg front kick

- set the right foot back into its original spot, then pull the left leg backward slightly into a left back stance (left foot stays in front)
- left arm outer forearm middle block, fist palm facing out
Movement 3
- turn body 180° right, moving the right foot into a right front stance
- right arm low block
Movement 4-1
- left leg front kick

- set the left foot back into its original position, then pull the right leg back slightly into a right back stance
- right arm outer forearm middle block, fist palm facing out
Movement 5
- turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left front stance
- right knife hand sweeping face block
Movement 6
- right leg high roundhouse kick
Movement 7-1
- step down with right foot, then turn 90° left and step forward with left foot into a left front stance
- left arm outer forearm middle block, fist palm facing out

- right hand middle punch (reverse)
Movement 8-1
- right leg front kick

- step down with right foot into a right front stance

Movement 9-1
- turn 180° right, moving right foot into a right front stance

Movement 11
- turn 90° left, moving left leg around to a shoulder width stance
- double low side blocks (cross fists in front of neck, and simultaneously block downward, slowly with tension, 5 second count)
Movement 12
- step forward with right foot into a right front stance
- left knife hand sweeping face block
Movement 13
- left leg high roundhouse kick
- Kihap!
Movement 14
- step down with left leg and turn 270° to the right, moving the right leg into a right front stance
- right arm low block
Movement 15-1
- left leg front kick

- set the left foot back into its original position, then pull the right leg back slightly into a right back stance
- right arm outer forearm middle block, fist palm facing out
Movement 16
- turn 180° to the left, moving the left leg into a left front stance
- left arm low block
Movement 17-1
- right leg front kick

- set the right foot back into its original position, then pull the left leg back slightly into a left back stance
- left arm outer forearm middle block, fist palm facing out
Movement 18
- turn 90° to the left, pivoting on the left foot, and stepping backward with right foot into a left back stance (meaning the left leg is in the front)
- double knife-hand middle block (left arm forward, right knife-hand at stomach, palm-up)
Movement 19
- step backward with left foot into a right back stance
- double knife-hand middle block (right arm forward, left knife-hand at stomach, palm up)
Movement 20
- step backward with right foot into a left front stance
- left arm middle palm block
Movement 21
- right hand middle punch (reverse) (while pulling left hand back into fist at waist) (stance does not change from last movement)
Movement 22
- step back with left foot into a right front stance
- right arm middle palm block
Movement 23
- left hand middle punch (reverse) (while pulling right hand back into fist at waist) (stance does not change from last movement)
Return to Joonbi Position
- step forward with the left foot into Joonbi position, facing forward as in the beginning
