  • turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left front stance
  • left arm low block

  • right leg front kick

  • set the right foot back into its original spot, then pull the left leg backward slightly into a left back stance (left foot stays in front)
  • left arm outer forearm middle block, fist palm facing out

  • turn body 180° right, moving the right foot into a right front stance
