Joon Bi Position
Movement 1
- turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left front stance
- left arm low block
Movement 2
- pull the left foot back to the right foot, both feet pointing forward
- left hand side hammer fist (attack downward, from above head to top of opponent's collarbone, with bottom of hammer fist)
Movement 3
- pivot 90° right, moving the right foot into a right front stance
- right arm low block
Movement 4
- pull the right foot back to the left foot, both feet pointing forward
- right hand side hammer fist

- move the left foot forward into a left front stance
- left arm inside middle block

Return to Joon Bi
Position
- turn 180 degrees to left (counterclockwise), pivoting on the right foot, bringing the left foot around into Joon Bi position, facing forward as in the beginning
