Direction=NORTH. Joon Bi Position


Direcion=WEST. Movement 1
  • turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left back stance
  • double knife hand middle block (left hand forward)

Direcion=WEST. Movement 2
  • step forward with the right leg into a right front stance
  • (left arm palm block - move the palm to this position before executing next move, nearly simultaneously)
  • right hand middle spear-finger thrust (palm vertical) with left hand supporting right arm

Direction=EAST Movement 3
  • turn 180° right, moving the right foot into a right back stance
  • double knife hand middle block (right hand forward)

Direction=EAST Movement 4
  • step forward with left leg into a left front stance
  • (right arm palm block)
  • left hand middle spear-finger thrust (with right hand supporting left arm)

Direction=NORTH. Movement 5
  • turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left front stance
  • left arm knife hand high block, with simultaneous right hand inside knife hand neck strike (palm-up)
