Blue Belt Form 20 Moves
NOTE - The arrows show which direction you should be facing.
Joon Bi Position
Movement 1
- turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left back stance
- double knife hand middle block (left hand forward)
Movement 2
- step forward with the right leg into a right front stance
- (left arm palm block - move the palm to this position before executing
next move, nearly simultaneously)
- right hand middle spear-finger thrust (palm vertical) with left hand
supporting right arm
Movement 3
- turn 180° right, moving the right foot into a right back stance
- double knife hand middle block (right hand forward)
Movement 4
- step forward with left leg into a left front stance
- (right arm palm block)
- left hand middle spear-finger thrust (with right hand supporting left arm)
Movement 5
- turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left front stance
- left arm knife hand high block, with simultaneous right hand inside knife hand neck strike (palm-up)
Movement 6-1
- right leg front kick

- step down with the right foot into a right front stance
- left hand middle punch
