Joonbi Position
Movement 1
- turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left walking stance
- left arm low block
Movement 2-1
Movement 2-2
- step down with the right leg into a right front stance
- right hand middle punch
Movement 2-3
- left hand middle punch (quickly following the right punch)
Movement 3
- turn 180° right, moving the right foot into a right walking stance
- right arm low block

- step down with the left leg into a left front stance
- left hand middle punch

- turn 90° left, moving the left foot into a left walking stance
- right hand inside knife hand neck strike (palm up)
