Green Belt Form 18 Moves
NOTE - The arrows show which direction you should be facing.
Joon Bi Position
Movement 1
- turn 90° left (counterclockwise), moving the left foot into a left walking stance
- left arm low block
Movement 2
- step forward with the right foot into a right walking stance
- right hand middle punch
Movement 3
- step backward with the right foot and turn 180° right (clockwise), moving the right foot into a right walking stance
- right arm low block
Movement 4
- step forward with the left foot into a left walking stance
- left hand middle punch
Movement 5
- turn 90° left (counterclockwise), moving the left foot into a left front stance
- left arm low block
Movement 6
- right hand middle punch (stay in same stance as last
position - left forward. This is a reverse punch - punch with the arm that is
opposite the front leg)
Movement 7
- from last stance, bring the rear leg (right leg) forward, and turn 90° to the right (clockwise) into a right walking stance
- left arm inside middle block
Movement 8
- step forward with the left foot into a left walking stance
- right hand middle punch
Movement 9
- step backward with the left foot and turn 180° to the left (counterclockwise), moving into a left walking stance
- right arm inside middle block
Movement 10
- step forward with the right foot into a right walking stance
- left hand middle punch
Movement 11
- turn 90° right (clockwise), moving the right foot into a right front stance
- right arm low block
Movement 12
Movement 13
- from last stance, bring the rear leg (left leg) forward and turn 90° to the left (counterclockwise) into a left walking stance
- left arm high block

- step down with the right foot into right walking stance
- right hand middle punch
Movement 15
- step back with the right foot and turn 180° to the right (clockwise), moving the right foot into a right walking stance
- right arm high block

- step down with the left foot into left walking stance

Movement 17
- turn 90° to the right (clockwise), moving the left foot into a left modified walking stance
- left arm low block
Movement 18
- step forward with the right foot into a right modified walking stance
- right hand middle punch

Return to Joon Bi
Position
- turn 180 degrees to left (counterclockwise), pivoting on right foot, bringing left the foot around into Joon Bi position, facing forward as in the beginning
