U.S. West Coast Taekwondo is a family-oriented martial arts center
offering Taekwondo classes for adults, children, and families. Taekwondo
at U.S. West Coast is taught as a defensive and competitive martial
art where students develop skills in self-protection, physical
fitness, and mental agility. In additon to self-defense,
U.S. West Coast Taekwondo students improve reflexes, coordination, flexibility,
speed, balance, endurance, and strength. Most importantly, Taekwondo
students develop a sense of confidence that filters through all
phases of their daily lives. Whether your intention is to be able to
protect yourself on the streets, to compete in Olympic style tournament
fighting, or just to get a great workout, Taekwondo will benefit you!
In addition to Taekwondo, U.S. West Coast offers high-intensity Cardio
Kickboxing workouts.
The chief instuctor at U.S. West Coast Taekwondo is Master Jon Culbertson,
6th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Beginning as well as
advanced students enjoy learning from Master Culbertson. He is not only
an accomplished martial artist with over 30 years in Taekwondo, but
